Andrea Lani, Literary Reflections Co-Editor, was pleased to see two pieces published in October. Her essay "Here Be Dragons," about raising a rock 'n' roll son, was included in the anthology Motherlode: Essays on Parenthood published by KY Story and her essay "Skinny Big Hill Hard Mountain," about hiking with children, appeared in Issue 18 of TrailGroove Magazine.

Susan Ito, Creative Nonfiction Co-Editor: "I've had an essay, “If,” re-published in a new anthology, Untold Stories, which is a project of, a really impressive organization whose mission it is to destigmatize reproductive experience(s) of all kinds, including choosing not to have children, choosing donor insemination, relinquishing for adoption, transgender and domestic violence issues etc. I’m really proud to be part of it.

Also, my memoir, “The Mouse Room,” which was originally published as a SheBook last year, was chosen for a “Best of SheBooks” print anthology called Whatever Doesn’t Kill You: Six Memoirs of Resilience, Strength & Forgiveness. It’s now available for those people who don’t like to read on screens - yahoo!"

Christina Consolino, Profiles Co-Editor: "My short story "Wrong Flavor," was published in the Fall 2014 issue of Flights: The Literary Journal of Sinclair Community College.
