Nancy Slavin

Nancy Slavin is a writer and writing instructor on the north Oregon coast where she lives with her husband and with whom she is eagerly expecting their first baby, due about five weeks after her story appears here. Other work of Nancy’s has been published in Rain Magazine, Barrelhouse, Avocet, and hipfish. She received her BA from Northwestern University and her MA from Portland State University.
