Laura A. Lopez lives in Moline, Illinois, with her husband and two daughters. She has received numerous local writing awards. Various works of her writing and/or photography have appeared in Clamor Magazine, Voces Weekly, and Augustana College’s literary magazine, Saga. Laura is happily employed as the marketing/communications and development director at Living Lands & Waters, where there is an ample supply of both subject matter and writing duties.
